Update on workers wages
We wish to draw your attention that as from 1 February 2009 (intoxicating January 2009) will take effect the Wage Protection Law | (Amendment No. 24) in the past year - 2008, which provides significant changes required of employers in relation to wages.
Amendment No. 24 establishes new provisions in three main topics:
1. Provide each employee a pay slip containing all the worker rights and wagecomponents.
2. Required to maintain accurate registration of the precise days and hours worked of each employee.
3. Must list all deductions from wages of the workers work.
